A Night at the Opera: Behind the Scenes at Scottish Opera with Loud & Clear Hi-Fi

Glasgow, 21st August 2026 – Loud & Clear Hi-Fi invites music lovers to step beyond the stage at Glasgow’s Theatre Royal for an exclusive evening combining exceptional sound, fascinating theatre history and rare access on a behind the scenes tour. This special evening is part of series of events hosted by Loud & Clear Hi-Fi to mark its 30th anniversary.

Guests will be welcomed by the teams from Loud & Clear Hi-Fi and Scottish Opera for a unique musical journey presented on a reference hi-fi system, before being taken behind the curtain to discover some of the Theatre Royal’s hidden spaces and stories. The tour will offer access to areas including the stage wings, green room and orchestra pit, alongside fascinating stories from the theatre’s long and colourful history.

The event gives visitors an opportunity to discover the Theatre Royal from a completely different perspective, before Scottish Opera takes to the stage for its production of Puccini’s Turandot.

Loud & Clear Hi-Fi will donate all proceeds from the event to Beatson Cancer Charity, helping support people affected by cancer across Scotland.
