The Second Great Hi-Fi+ Writing Competition
Everyone’s stolen at least one thing in their lives. Whether that be sweets when you were young or the odd envelope from work when you should have known better. Me? I once stole a ticket. hi-fi+ is a bi-monthly magazine that is serious about hi-fi. Our articles are intended to help you get the best from your system, rather than simply telling you to buy another one. Our reviews only cover product that we think is worthwhile. You can read more about that by looking at our reviews policy, but lets just say that our attitude to equipment is rather different, and we hope, much more informative. We haven't forgotten that hi-fi is supposed to be fun!

You'll also find that major features and loads of reviews on music and musicians, new formats and collectable vinyl. And our music reviews cover older titles as well as new releases. If its good and its out there we'll write about it. The rest of the site will show you what’s on offer, even if it doesn't do justice to the great photography. Have a taste it might become a habit. You can buy hi-fi+ through your local hi-fi dealer and plenty of High Street newsagents, and if they don't stock it, ask them to get in touch with us.

The site now includes selected equipment reviews and our acclaimed music reviews. The Editor speaks and lots of other useful links and info can be found on the Editorial pages.

Technical Reviews available include Mark Levinson, Hales, VPI, Gryphon, Densen, Denon, Lavardin, DNM, Michell, Rega, Revel, Sugden, Transfiguration, Final, Advantage, Clearaudio, Clearlight, Elac, KEF, Klimo, Music Works, Shahinian, CeTech, Ruark, Hutter, Spectral, Meridian, Soundcare, Einstein, Cartridge Man, Samuel Johnson, SimAudio, Reson, Dynavector, Bow Technologies, Ringmat, and others being added all the time. And that list is only a sample of whats available in the magazine itself.

hi-fi+ makes hi-fi fun and gives informative reviews and advice on how you can improve your system and listening enjoyment!!
